The CID Domain is a group of companies focused on the development of customized, up-to-date software solutions that digitalize and enhance business processes within enterprises and lead to an improvement of communication in relationships between companies and their customers.

Therefore, the people of CID concentrate on a highly advanced, modern and sophisticated software development, using newest technologies and solution approaches, to enable our customers to enjoy business applications that move them a step ahead of their competition and allow distinguishing themselves from the market standard.

The CID GmbH, being the core of the group, was founded in 1997 and looks back on a steady growth of employees, turnover and customers. Over the years, specializations, diversifications and strengthened partnerships lead to the acquisition as well as the founding of new subsidiaries which are now members of the CID Domain.

• The CID GmbH covers business administration, sales & marketing as well as the technical and strategic guidance of the group. Solution architecture, national & international project management but also software development are managed in Freigericht, about 40 km east of Frankfurt (Main) in the Rhine-Main-Area of Germany. The CID delivers solutions to larger mid-sized companies up to big enterprises.
  
  
• The CID Media GmbH focuses in general on the regional market of Germany and delivers web solutions to smaller and mid-sized companies.
  
  
• The CID Consulting GmbH services large-scaled customers with IT-focused business consulting covering business process management (BPM) and the introduction of service-oriented software architectures (SOA).
  
  
• The CID Technology SRL is a location for software development in Bucharest, Romania, supporting projects and framework developments throughout the group.
  
  
• CID Baltic, located in Kaunas, Lithuania, offers CID solutions especially to Eastern Europe and Scandinavia and develops software for projects and products throughout the group.
  
  
• PM Baltic, UAB, also located at CID Baltic in Kaunas, Lithuania, develops software for projects and products throughout the group and was acquired by CID recently in 2008.
  
  
• The Pattern Science AG is characterized by an excellent competency in science and development in the area of semantic analysis. It supports companies in the branches of media, finance and trading.
